Refresh: Let’s face it, the E39 headlights need some lovin’! The projector bowls burn up; leaving you with dim lights. The adjusters are broken; this allows the projector to flop around. The lenses are now worn; which ages your front end and degrades your lighting performance.
The Best Performance: You’ll get one of the top performing units with our E39 projector retrofit conversion. Our conversions feature the EVOX-R Bi-Xenon Projectors. You will be able to retain stock ballasts and wiring, which keeps the engine bay looking 100% original.
Aluminum Adjusters: Stock adjusters are prone to breaking. Replacement plastic adjusters break. The only adjusters we recommend for the long haul as the aluminum adjusters we offer. Pricey, but you will never deal with the adjuster failure again!
New Lenses: 02-03 E39’s require new lenses due to the stiff sealant the stock lights use. While the 01 E39 came with a soft sealant, we still recommend new lenses! Being the car is 2 decades old, the lenses are all worn to some degree. There is no sense of retaining the stock lenses. New TYC lenses are included in the cost of the conversions. TYC Lenses come with euro (clear) corners, however by request we can retain your amber reflectors. Lights that are sent in that feature the stiffer perma-seal are subject to a $225 surcharge.
OEM Quality: Our focus is on high performance, reliability, and longevity; without any compromises! What to take things to the next level? Pair it up with high performance Osram bulbs. We always recommend new HID bulbs unless you recently installed a brand new set of high quality bulbs such as Osram or Philips.
Period Correct: Let’s face it, any aftermarket headlight assembly you find are going to look out of place. Want to add a modern flare? Add the Orion V4 Halos for that “angel eye” look that modern BMW’s feature.

Turn around time is generally 3-7 business days. Current lead time is listed under the “add to cart button” and we may be able to accommodate specific deadline requests. Please call in to discuss prior to sending your lights in should you have a deadline you would like to meet. We will provide you with instructions after the order is placed through email.
What’s Included:
The conversion includes EVOX-R projectors, high beam splitters, TYC Lenses with euro corners, aluminum adjusters, and labor. The conversion does not include new assemblies; you will need to send in a set of 01-03 OEM E39 headlight assemblies. New HID bulbs and halos are optional. This is for the face-lift model only!
